Uté (oo-ta)
1 of 5 in my Journeyman set, this knife was made for the kitchen. This particular style is one that I have been working on for some time. My German/South African Grandmother, Uté, was skilled in the kitchen and taught me how to cook. This specific style of knife is my tribute to her. I miss her dearly, but when I am in the Kitchen, cooking, I think of her fondly. My hope is that all who own an Uté will feel a cool confidence as they cook because they have a little of my Guti in the kitchen with them.
